- Together by day, your own space by night. Separate houses mean separate kitchens, bathrooms, and fire pits. The group gathers around the fire and on the decks, then everyone retreats to their own treehouse to sleep.

- Reserve each treehouse for the same dates. Every house is booked individually at one flat rate for up to eight guests.

Good to know: No Saturday check-in or checkout. Friday check-in is a two-night minimum; Sunday through Thursday, single nights are fine; holiday weekends are a three-night minimum. You can book up to a year ahead — the earlier the better if you want all four on a weekend.

Friday · Arrive & Settle In
- Check in Friday afternoon and claim your houses (two-night minimum on a Friday).
- Start a fire, fire up the gas grills, and let the group trickle in over dinner on the decks.
Saturday · A Full Day at the Park
- Cross the footbridge into Starved Rock for the canyons and waterfalls, then regroup for lunch.
- Afternoon on the decks or a run into Utica and Ottawa, then a big group dinner and s’mores by the fire.
Sunday · An Easy Morning Out
- Coffee and one more short hike, then check out Sunday — keeping the whole weekend together, since Saturdays aren’t checkout days.

How many people can we bring?

Can we book just two or three treehouses?
Yes. The calendar above shows every night with at least two houses open and marks how many, so you can build the size of stay you need.
Is the whole property private?
When you book all four treehouses, the 26 acres are yours alone. Book two or three and your group is together on the same private, wooded property, though the remaining house may have other guests that weekend.
Are there hot tubs?
No — the treehouses don’t have hot tubs. Each has a private fire pit, a screened porch, and two-story decks instead.
How far apart are the houses?
They’re a short walk from one another on the same property — close enough to gather easily, far enough for each house to feel private.
What about stairs and mobility?

How far is it from Chicago and the park?
About ninety minutes from Chicago, and a private footbridge connects the property directly to Starved Rock’s trail system.
